METAMORPHOSIS
Concept:
This photo series use symbolism to represent: fragile human consciousness influenced by mass media, the hypocrisy of modern society, and an average human, who is forced by the system to spend a precious lifetime either on basic survival needs or excessive consumption.
Black and white colors are used to emphasize the edge between good and evil, that humanity is balancing on. Bodies in bandages symbolize sick mankind, weakened by prejudices and fears and vulnerable to manipulations. Information is one of the most dangerous weapons now.
Like a cosmetic surgeon can change the physical appearance of a person, those who control mass media can change the perception of how reality appears to us and create the illusion of freedom and choice

CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY & HOLOGRAM SYSTEM
The Hahnemühle Certificate of Authenticity has been developed to protect the safety and authenticity of limited edition art and reproductions on Hahnemühle paper and to reduce the risk of counterfeiting.
Each certificate is made from premium pressed paper with ragged edges, the Hahnemühle watermark, and fluorescent security fibers.
A serial-numbered hologram is added to the certificate. A second hologram with the same number is then applied to the back of the artwork.
The combination of certificate and hologram ensures that each certificate of authenticity refers to one specific work of art.

"I want to sow doubt in society. I want people to question the beliefs they have simply because it is more convenient to live this way. In a world of propaganda and manipulation, unconditional belief in some dogma is a kind of mental slavery"
