Games help participants to get to know each other better, to feel themselves valuable, significant and learn to trust each other. Exercises also help to refill the internal energy resources. It is very important for the process of adaptation when one faces uncertainty and anxiety. The children left the class with smiles on their faces and sparks in their eyes, so it means we achieved our goal
